Tachograph offence
A CRAIGAVON man has been fined a total of £400 for failing to take driving breaks.
George Matthew Gunn (43), of Old Court Lodge, admitted failing to use a Tachograph, failing to take breaks, a driving rest period, and failing to take a weekly rest period.
The offences were detected in February and March last year.
Defending solicitor Mr Brendan Hagan, said Gunn is an experienced heavy goods vehicle driver, and the offences should not have happened. He said Gunn has since undertaken to drive within legislation.
