Road Service must act at an accident black spot on the main road between Cushendall and Ballycastle, according to Glens Sinn Féin Ccuncillor Colum Thompson. The area in question is the corner on the Cushendall side of Glendun Viaduct,.
“I think Road Service should look at installing crash barriers to protect motorists. If action is not taken then it is only a matter of time until we are talking about fatalities. I have contacted Road Service and requested a site meeting at the nearest possible opportunity. I will also be raising the matter at the next meeting of Moyle District Council.”
