Tackling domestic violence in Moyle

THE Moyle Domestic Violence Intervention Project is an “all round” programme of support for women, children and young people from the Moyle area funded by the Moyle Community Safety Partnership and delivered by Causeway Women’s Aid.

The project facilitates a supportive programme for mothers called “You and Me, Mum”. This is a ten week programme that focuses on how domestic violence has affected mothers and their children.

It gives women the confidence and knowledge to support their own children in dealing with the negative effects that Domestic Abuse can have on family life.
