Opened last month by Derek Tosh and his partner Sheena Munnis, Corner Crust is situated just off Coleraine’s bustling Waterside, at the bottom of Captain Street.

Diners can sit in the bright modern cafe and relax whilst watching the world go by, or grab a bite to eat on the go.

All of the pastries and savoury treats are baked fresh in store every day.

Soup is also on the menu with home made vegetable and a speciality soup available every day.

Tempt your taste buds with homemade sausage rolls, vol au vents, pasties, scotch eggs, lasagne, egg fried rice, or bite into a delicious sandwich on fresh bread with fillings of your choice.

If you have a sweet tooth - grab a slice of cheesecake, pavlova or banoffee pie, or get your teeth into their sumptuous cup cakes - all of these sweet treats can be baked to order.

Corner Crust also offer reasonable outside catering.

Sheena Munnis told The Times: “We opened back in March and things have been going very well. Our cooked breakfasts have proved very popular, particularly at the weekends.

“We are offering a small fry - that’s one of everything for £3, or a large fry, that’s two of everything for just £4.”

With daily specials and meal deals, Corner Crust really has something for everyone’s tastes.

The friendly staff at Corner Crust have many years of experience in the catering industry, they are Rachael McLester, Laura Troland and Caroline Kneeland has just recently joined the team.
