Talking nutritional health at Glengormley WI
THE speaker for the March meeting was Dr. Janice McConnell and her thought-provoking talk was on nutritional health.
The Glengormley quiz team were successful at the area final at Templepatrick and are looking forward to the final on May 5 at Ballee High School, Ballymena.
Members of the winning team included President Rosemary Sibbett, Kathleen Williams and Joan Boomer.
Sympathy was expressed to Mrs Lily Hassen on the recent death of her husband.
Members are looking forward to their annual dinner which is being held at Masserene Golf Club this year.
