Tandem skydive in aid of spinal injury charity
Ballygally man Peter Steele is urging thrill-seeking local people to sign up for his latest fundraising endeavour to help secure vital funds for his charity, Spinal Injury Northern Ireland (SpINI).
Peter, who was left paralysed from the waist down after a freak accident in 2009, set up the charity in an effort to help others in his position.

Participants will free-fall for 7,000 feet in a dual harness with a professional instructor, before the parachute is opened and they both glide safely to the ground.
The skydive is suitable for able-bodied and disabled people alike.
So far, about 20 brave people have signed up for the event, but Peter is keen to bring more on board. The jump will take place on February 12 at Moonjumper, Coleraine.
