Tara wins Rotary Club Young Chef competition

The Rotary Club of Coleraine held a Young Chef competition at Loreto School, Coleraine, on Friday, November 22nd.

Competitors and judges at Friday's Rotary sponsored Young Cook competition at Loreto College, Coleraine.

The winner, Tara McLarnon, now goes through to the regional heats in Belfast, and potentially to the all-Ireland final in Dublin.

All the competitors were given a gift and the winner, Tara, also gets the opportunity to spend a day at the Ramore Winebar complex, learning some of the secrets involved in making the famous Winebar desserts.
