‘Taste of the Past’ event

As part of ‘World Alzheimer’s Day’, Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s Limavady and Coleraine Museums are inviting everyone to experience a hands on ‘Taste of the Past’ event.

The event will take place on Monday 21st September from 2.00pm until 4.00pm at the Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre.

Sarah Carson, Collections Access Officer at Coleraine Museum commented, ‘This free event is a fantastic opportunity to not only focus on the great work going on all over the world to fight dementia, but to also experience traditional baking techniques and explore the various utensils that were once used within the home.
