Nineteen-year-old Joe O’Kane, of Sunnyside Park, Maghera, is accused of stealing alcohol - of unknown value - from Walsh’s Hotel at Coleraine Road, on January 3.
District Judge Des Perry adjourned the matter at Magherafelt Magistrates Court until August 10 for a pre-sentence report.
