Tesco Carrickfergus boost for Angling First charity

A charity that provides angling opportunities for community groups in Carrickfergus has received a funding boost.

Presenting the proceeds from a recently held store collection at Tesco Carrickfergus to Angling First development officer Mark McGivern is the store's community champion Ann Ritchie. Angling First would like to thank all those who supported the effort.The money raised will assist the charity in delivering it's services throughout the Carrickfergus area. Groups interested in a day's fishing courtesy of Tesco Carrickfergus are welcome to contact the store community champion who has a number of complimentary days available. The total amount raised was £839.62.
