THE chairman and committee of Garvagh Cancer Research committee would like to express their thanks to everyone supported their recent parade and big breakfast.

A special thank you to the William King Memorial Flute Band from Londonderry for leading the parade.

Thanks also to all the other bands that made the effort to be in Garvagh, as well as the general public who raised the magnificent sum of £7,000.

The committee would also like to thank the cooks and helpers who made the big breakfast a huge success and the Worshipful Master of Garvagh District LOL No4.

A special thank you is also expressed to Eden Accordion Band, Garvagh Royal British Legion and the NEELB for the use of the Primary School.
