‘The Blind Fiddler’ comes to Ballymena

THE Ad Hoc Theatre Company is bringing Marie Jones’ play ‘The Blind Fiddler’ to the Braid Arts Centre on May 10 and 11.

Set in Northern Ireland in the early Seventies and 30 years later, it tells the tale of Pat Gormley, a laid-back publican whose wife, Mary, is determindly upwardly mobile and wants her two children to succeed.

The play has comedy, drama, poignancy and a mystery at its heart - as well as a little music.

Curtain opens both evenings at 7.30pm and tickets are now on sale and at the door priced £7 (£5 concession).
