Theft
Police are appealing for information following a theft at a construction site on the Steelstown Road in Londonderry at the weekend.
Sometime between 5pm on Friday, July 13 and 7.50am on Monday, July 16, thieves broke into the construction site at the Marion Hall and stole two vehicle batteries from site excavators. Five hundred litres of red diesel was also stolen.
Police are asking anyone who noticed suspicious activity in or around the site last weekend to contact Strand Road station.
