Constable Arrell said of the theft: “The stolen items are worth a total of around £4,000. Specifically, a maroon coloured Kawasaki 360 Quad Bike. A 150 litre white compressor on wheels. A blue Makita 4 stroke strimmer. A dark green 22 inch Hayter lawnmower. And lastly, an orange and white hedge-clipper.

“I would ask that anyone who has been offered any of these items for sale in suspicious circumstances please contact police on the non-emergency number 101. Or, you can contact Crimestoppers on the non-emergency number 101.

“Also, please lock all sheds and outbuildings. Criminals often work on an opportunistic basis and will be more than happy to steal high value items from unlocked sheds, outbuildings and garages.”
