Bruno Antonio Da Veiga Marracho Pinto (27), King Street, Portadown, admitted three offences. For driving without insurance on August 12 this year he was fined £500 and banned for six months. He was also fined £75 for not having a licence and fined £50 for not wearing a seat belt.

Police saw a car pull out of a car park in Portadown, and the driver was not wearing his seat belt. He had been disqualified from driving in December 2015 and although he was paying for insurance it was not valid because he did not have a licence.
