The work is the second phase of three aimed at transforming the popular Mid Ulster bar which is owned by Henry and Teresa McGlone.

The bar was re-opened with a live session with many musicians, similar to the entertainment the bar hosted in the 1900’s when it originally opened.

Dorman’s will focus on live music each weekend and sport with multi viewing options including state of the art sound and visual system throughout.

Mr McGlone said: “When designing our new look bar we wanted to ensure we reflected a traditional Irish pub with a modern twist.

“ We have a young and dynamic team offering great food and drinks each day. The bar focuses greatly on live music and sport throughout the year.

“I am looking forward to seeing the legacy of the bar continue to grow in our new surroundings.’

Dorman’s bar was established in 1905 and has a reputation as one of the finest Irish pubs in Ireland.
