Three convicted of benefit fraud
Lisa Lyness (32) of Ennis Green, Lurgan claimed Income Support totalling £1,582 while failing to declare employment. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay court costs of £62.
Martin Bell (51) of Liscorran Court, Lurgan claimed Jobseekers Allowance and Housing Benefit totalling £21,580 while failing to declare capital. He was given a two month prison sentence suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay court costs of £74.

Miguel Alegre (25) of Hanover Street, Portadown claimed Jobseekers Allowance and Housing Benefit totalling £6,024 while failing to declare employment. He was given a three month prison sentence suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay court costs of £34.
