Three for trial on assault charge
Three men charged with a serious assault on a man have all been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court.
They are Aaron Thomas Hughes (23), Westacres, Craigavon, Joseph Rogers (38), Chapel View, Aghagallon, and Christopher Lavery (18), Gowdy Bridge Road, Aghagallon.
All three appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.
They are charged with assaulting on a man occasioning him actual bodily harm on August 15 last year. They were returned on bail to appear at Craigavon Crown Court on April 7.
