He admitted disorderly behaviour on August 16 last year in an alleyway between George Street and Burnbrae Street, Portadown.

The court heard that the defendant had been sentenced to five months in relation to other matters and his appeal in January had been dismissed. His release date was March 20.

A public prosecutor said that on August 16 last year at 4am police went to George Street after a report of a noisy party.

They noticed damage to the property and blood on the ground. When they went in they followed a trail of blood into an alleyway behind the house.

Police saw the defendant, who had an injury to his hand, with a female.

Komskis told police to ‘f—k off’ and he was making love and the ‘police had disturbed it’.

He was arrested for disorderly behaviour and calmed down when he was in custody.

A solicitor representing the offence was at the lower end of the scale and his client did not have this sort of behaviour on his record.

Komskis was fined £150 and an immediate warrant was issued as he was in custody.
