Finnegan was walking across the car park and shouted ‘b—ds’ and ‘f—k you’ on several occasions.

There were members of the public in the area.

Police told her to stop but she did not and told them to ‘f—k off’.

There was a smell of intoxicating liquor from her.

A solicitor representing Finnegan said that her reply after caution was ‘I’m sorry’ and she was behaving inappropriately.

He explained that she was now living in an all female hostel in Belfast where there was a drink and drugs ban.

District Judge, Mr Peter King, told the defendant she was fortunate this offence pre-dated a suspended sentence on her record

He added that her focus had to be to avoid alcohol.
