The court heard that the injured party reported damage to his vehicle which he noticed had been missing at 2.30am the night before. Mr McCullough appeared at the door and said he had been driving. A breath test gave a reading of 49 and an evidential test gave a lower reading of 33. He admitted to consuming alcohol prior to returning home.

Mr McCullough, who represented himself in court, said it was ‘just stupid’.
