POLICE in Ballymena are appealing for information about the theft of tools from a domestic garage at Loughbeg Road, Ballyscullion East.

The items stolen included a Makita masonry saw, a Ranger chainsaw and a Honda generator. Several copper cylinders were also stolen in the incident last Friday morning.

Police are also seeking information about a silver van that was seen in the area at the time.
