Top class student

A FORMER Limavady Grammar School pupil, Eglinton teenager Ruth Bunting has proved she is a top class student by receiving a prestigious Hans Sloane Award.

Ruth received the third place award in recognition of her A-Level Science results.

She is the second teenager from Eglinton to achieve success in the awards in recent years - in 2009 former Foyle College student, Matthew Nicholl, who is now studying physics at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford, won a first prize at the Hans Sloane Awards.
