Top event in Hillsborough

This annual event which is now in its fifth year is all about getting as many people as possible outdoors and taking part in a range of outdoor activities across Northern Ireland.

Activity provider, Cable and Wake, will be showcasing what Hillsborough has to offer by providing two adrenaline fuelled activities, stand up paddle boarding and wakeboarding, at Lough Henney just outside Hillsborough for half the normal price during the course of the weekend.

None of the events require any experience with some events suitable for children as young as three years old.

Tourism Northern Ireland’s Unique Outdoors Development Officer, Sheena Dickson, explains “Just by looking through all the various activity events, it’s quite clear that this year’s Northern Ireland Adventureland Weekend is set to be the biggest and best yet.
