Town estate agents agrees joint venture

Experienced estate agency group Robert Wilson and up and coming business Aria Property Solutions - who specialise in property management and letting - have agreed a joint venture to open two new businesses in Stranmillis and Lurgan.

These offices will create between six to ten jobs in the coming weeks and more offices are planned for the future.

The first office of this joint venture opened in Stranmillis at the end of April and the second office will be opened in Lurgan at the beginning of June.

The two businesses will keep their own identities but the deal means that customers will have experts in property selling and management in the one location.

Aria Property Solutions Principal Phil Davison is delighted that the new venture is up and running.
