Townlands talk

LOCAL historian, Mr Plunkett Campbell, has researched the origins of all the townlands in the Banbridge area over recent years and will address Banbridge Historical Society on the naming of them.

From the Corbet to Cascum and Tanvalley to Teirkelly, he knows them all.

After his illustrated talk, Mr Campbell will be pleased to discuss the naming of your own townland during the ensuing time for discussion.

This meeting takes place on Thursday 5th April at 7.15pm in Banbridge Library and is open to visitors.
