Tractor run pulls in £800 for Children’s Hospice
A vintage tractor run organised by two Larne families has raised £800 for the NI Children’s Hospice.
The Robinson and Morrow families held the event at Leslie Morrow’s farm on the Drumcrow Road on September 28, and both families would like to pass on their thanks to everyone who participated on the day and everyone who gave donations, to Bobby Glass Catering for providing the food at the rest stop, to Slemish Tractors for the use of their yard for the rest stop and to all the farmers who allowed the tractors to pass through their lanes. Thanks are also extended to the Mayor, Cllr Maureen Morrow, for the use of the Mayor’s Parlour for the cheque presentation.
