Traders fight against crime

Banbridge traders are launching a campaign to tackle crime against businesses in the town centre.

The PCSP along with Banbridge Chamber of Commerce and the Council’s Town Centre Manager have developed door and window stickers which will let people know that a business uses the ShopWatch Radiolink scheme and will also raise awareness about the CCTV camera scheme.

Banbridge PCSP is currently distributing advice packs to local Small and Medium Enterprises and will follow these up with workshops during February and March.

Dates and venues for Banbridge, the Gilford area, Dromore, Rathfriland and The Outlet will be circulated via appropriate local groups and advertised in the local press.
