Traffic and travel advice

THE PSNI has issued traffic and travel advice for the Foyle area for today, July 11 and tomorrow, for the Twelfth celebrations.

July 11: There will be a parade at Newbuildings from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. The parade route will follow a path from Duncastle Road to Primity Crescent. No roads will be closed, but motorists are advised to expect delays.

THURSDAY, July 12: On Thursday morning a parade will leave Clooney Terrace around 8am and will travel along Spencer Road, Craigavon Bridge, Carlisle Road, Ferryguay Street, The Diamond, Bishop Street and finish at Society Street. The parade will return the same route and disperse at Bond Street in the Waterside. No roads will be closed. Motorists should expect delays.

On Thursday evening a parade will leave Clooney Terrace around 6pm and will travel along Spencer Road, Craigavon Bridge, Carlisle Road, Ferryguay Street, The Diamond, Bishop Street, and finish at Society Street. Again, no roads will be closed, but motorists are expected to experience delays.
