Traffic chaos along the A1
There were long tailbacks along the A1 near Hillsborough, on Monday morning.
It came as police issued warnings to motorists to exercise extreme caution due to the icy road conditions.
There was also a one vehicle accident on the Ballynahinch Road in Hillsborough around 8.30am reported which is believed to have had an add on affect on the traffic along the A1. There were no injuries reported.
