Traffic cone thrown at car

Police are investigating an incident of criminal damage to a taxi in Glengormley.

The taxi was travelling along the Antrim Road towards the town centre when a youth threw a traffic cone at the vehicle, damaging the front grille. The incident happened at around 9.15pm on Saturday, June 29.

The male who threw the cone is described as being around 16-years-old with short brown hair. He was wearing a grey zip up hoody with a Celtic top below.

He was accompanied by two other males, one aged around 17 and wearing a red top, and the other aged around 14.

Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
