‘Transforming Your Care’ roadshow
THE Patient and Client Council roadshow will take place in the Sandel Centre, Coleraine, on Wednesday, October 24 at 7pm.
The theme will be ‘Transforming Your Care’ – What does it mean for me and my family? Transforming Your Care is a review of Health and Social Care services taking place over the next five years.
