Coast Road closed following landslide

Detailing the incident, a Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “The A2 Coast Road has been closed between Branch Road and Upper Waterloo Road due to a landslide.

“Road users are advised to allow extra time on your journey and approach with care.”

There are no further details at this time.

A section of the road was closed following a rock fall last February.
