Road-users in Carrickfergus have been urged to take care this evening (Wednesday, May 25) following a collision in the town centre.

Trafficwatch NI has reported that a collision at the junctions of St Bride’s Street, North Street, Victoria Street and Albert Road has resulted in a signal pole at the pedestrian crossing being knocked down.

Road-users are advised to approach the area with caution until the area can be made safe.
