The incident, which occurred close to junction 4 Sandyknowes has been cleared, but delays are expected.
Providing an update, a Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “The road traffic collision on the M2 northbound has been quickly cleared by officers from PSNI Road Policing to the hard shoulder. Expect some knock on delays.”
