Fire blanket used to extinguish blaze
A FIRE blanket was used to extinguish a blaze which was caused by a chip pan at a terrace house in Springbank Close, in Poleglass around 1.40pm, on Sunday.
The fire caused smoke alarms to actuate and alert the occupants of the house to the danger.
