Lanes closed in Ballyclare for water main installation works

The lane closures, which commenced at 8am today (Monday), are operating on the Ballycorr Road from the junction of Ballyeaston Road to the junction of Ballycorr Mews and on the Ballyeaston Road from Ballycorr Road to Victoria Road.

A Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “The closure is required continuously for water main installation works.

“The work is being carried out by a NI Water contractor.”

Road users are advised to expect an estimated delay of up to five minutes.

The work on the Ballycorr Road is set to be completed by 6pm on Friday, August 21.

The Ballyeaston Road portion of the roadworks is due to be completed by 6pm on Sunday, August 30.
