M2 on-slip to be closed overnight for works
The road closure, which will commence at 11pm tonight (Thursday), will operate from the Shore Road to M2 motorway.
A Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “The closure is required overnight only for pavement cores.

“An alternative route is Shore Road, Dargan Road, Fortwilliam on-slip southbound, M2 motorway.”
The work is being conducted by DfI Roads contractors.
Road users are advised to expect delays of between five and 15 minutes.
The works are due to be completed by 6am on Sunday, January 17.
