Man dies following serious traffic collision on Carrickfergus road
A man has died following a serious road traffic collision on the Knockagh Road, Carrickfergus.
Emergency services, including the Air Ambulance and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene following the incident this morning (Wednesday).
A PSNI spokesperson said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious and the Health and Safety Executive has been informed."
The road remains closed and motorists are asked to seek an alternative route.
