Man has arm amputated
FIREFIGHTERS were faced with a harrowing situation when they responded to a call for assistance when a 21-year-old man became trapped in heavy machinery last Thursday.
In order to release the young man from the machinery, a specialist surgical team had to amputate his arm.
He was conveyed to hospital by ambulance.
No further details of the incident have been released.
