Person hospitalised after Glengormley collision

Emergency services were tasked to a road traffic collision in the Jubilee Way area of Glengormley this morning (Thursday).

Commenting on the incident, a PSNI spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision this morning at 8.10am at the junction of Jubilee Way, Glengormley.

“One male was taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.”

On Tuesday the Newtownabbey Times reported that essential repair work on two culverts will require a closure on the Larne railway line at the end of next week.
