Detailing the incident on the Traffic Watch Northern Ireland website this afternoon (Thursday), a Department for Infrastructure (DfI) spokesperson said: “Road Users are advised that there is an ongoing incident on the M2 heading northbound just before junction 2 Greencastle on lane 2.
"The incident is passable with care. Please approach with caution. PSNI officers are in attendance.”
