Road closed in Ballyclare following collision

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Motorists are advised that the Ballynure Road, Ballyclare, is closed due to a road traffic collision.

“Diversions are in place. Please seek an alternative route if possible.”

A Department for Infrastructure spokesperson added: “The main A8 Balllynure Road is closed in both directions between Lindsay’s and Houston’s Corner following a road traffic collision.

“Diversions are in place - the road is expected to be closed for a number of hours.”
