Stretch of M1 shut as PSNI deal with rogue cow
A stretch of the M1 had to be closed on Friday afternoon to allow the PSNI to remove a cow from the road.
The evasive farm animal was spotted near Lurgan before the police took the decision to close the roas.
“Motorists are advised that the M1 near Lurgan is closed in both directions (between Junctions 9 and 10) as police facilitate the removal of a cow from the road,” said PSNI.
