Three injured in road crash
Three people were seriously injured in a car crash on the early evening of New Year’s Eve in the Derrytrasna area.
The incident involved two vehicles on the Derrytrasna Road.
Three people two men and one woman were hurt in the crash.
The collision involved a black coloured Volkswagen Polo and a black coloured Mitsubishi Shogun.
It happened shortly after 4.30pm on New Years Eve.
Two men, aged 61 and 71 and a 68 year old woman were taken to hospital for treatment.
Their injuries were described as serious.
Police would appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone who was travelling on the Derrytrasna Road around the time to contact them at Lurgan Police Station on 0845 600 8000.
