Vehicles damaged after striking large pieces of wood on M5

Detailing the incidents, which occurred at approximately 4.30pm, a spokesperson for the PSNI Road Policing unit said: “A number of vehicles were damaged as a result of striking large pieces of wood in the Newtownabbey bound lanes.

“Did you observe anything falling from a vehicle/trailer?

“Do you have any dash cam footage in relation to this incident?

“If you have any information, or may be able to help, please contact 101, quoting incident number 1260 - 2/12/20 and an officer will get back to you.”
