Witnesses sought after two suffer ‘life-changing’ injuries in Ballyclare collision

Police are appealing for witnesses to a two-vehicle road traffic collision in Ballyclare yesterday (Thursday, June 3).

The collision, involving a heavy goods vehicle and a Skoda, occurred at the crossroads of the Braepark Road and Ballynashee Road, Ballyclare at approximately 4.45pm.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Two occupants of the Skoda were extracted from the vehicle with the assistance of the NI Fire and Rescue Service and NI Ambulance Service and taken to Antrim Area Hospital.

“As a result, these occupants have suffered life-changing injuries.
