Tribute to former Carrick Mayoress
Tributes have been paid to a former Mayoress of Carrickfergus Borough who passed away last week.
Rosalinda (Linda) Ferguson, wife of Whitehead Ulster Unionist Councillor Eric Ferguson, died last Thursday at the age of 70.
The UUP issued a statement on behalf of its Carrick elected members in local government and at the Northern Ireland Assembly which read: “Our thoughts and prayers are with Councillor Eric Ferguson and his three sons Darin, Ernie and Glen. We also extend sympathies to the wider family circle and to all of Linda’s friends at this difficult time.”
