A former pupil of St Paul’s High School, Mr McConville had lived in the Craigavon area for many years and was regarded as a happy-go-lucky smiling instructor.

Though he had worked in Tescos for a couple of years, Brian returned to his love of driving and had a flourishing business. A testament of his success were the dozens of drivers who paid tribute to him on his Facebook page having been taught by him.

Brian was always smiling and loved a good laugh. He was regarded as a close friend by many and was often a patient and caring shoulder to cry on.

Brian, who is the son of Margaret and the late Tommy, is survived by his sons Christopher, Michael, Ciaran, Michael and Daire.
