Trust spent £45k controlling pests
ALMOST £50k was spent controlling pests across the Western Trust in the last three years.
The local health authority spent £44,554 on pest control between 2009 and 2012.
It was the lowest expenditure on pest extermination companies by any Trust in Northern Ireland.
The Trust spent £11,264 in 2009/10; £18,018 in 2010/11; and £15,172 in 2011/12. The figures include VAT.
